Directions by road:

From Londonderry:

Leave Londonderry, heading south on the A5 and drive 13 miles to Strabane. Don’t drive into the town centre, but stay on the by-pass. From Strabane, follow signs for Lifford, crossing the bridge over the River Foyle. 200m after the bridge take first exit at roundabout, the N15 to Stranorlar. Continue straight through Stranorlar and across bridge into Ballybofey. 400m after bridge take right turn beside yellow painted bar to Glenties/Fintown (R252). Three miles out of Ballybofey, on the R252, cross bridge over the River Finn beside church on left hand side. After 200m take first right. 400m along that road is a school on left hand side. Glenmore Lodge is first house on left after school.

From Belfast:

Take M1 motorway and continue along it until it becomes the A4 at Dungannon. Continue straight on along the A4 towards Enniskillen. Approximately 12 miles along the A4 is the Ballygawley roundabout. At the roundabout take the second exit onto the A5, signposted to Omagh. From Omagh continue on the A5 to Strabane. From Strabane, follow signs for Lifford, crossing the bridge over the River Foyle. 200m after the bridge take first exit at roundabout, the N15 to Stranorlar. M1 from Dublin. Leave M1 at sign to Ardee (approx 30 mls). From Ardee take N2 in direction of Monaghan/Derry. Pass Monaghan, staying on the N2 to Aughnacloy. Take A5 to Ballygawley roundabout and follow signs for Omagh (A5). From Omagh follow A5 to Strabane. From Strabane, follow signs for Lifford, crossing the bridge over the River Foyle. 200m after the bridge take first exit at roundabout, the N15 to Stranorlar.
